All content and images are in full compliance with the requirements of 18 U.S.C. 2257 and associated regulations.

Exception: third-party content

The Site Owner is not the "producer" of the depictions of real or imagined sexually explicit conduct that may appear on the Site. The Site Owner limits its handling of such content and only engages in the transmission, storage, retrieval, receipt or formatting of material that may depict sexually explicit conduct, and all such material appears on the Site as a result of actions taken by third-party users of the Site. All parts of the website containing user-created material are under the control of the user concerned, for whom the website is provided as an online service by the operator. In accordance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257(h)(2)(B)(v) and 47 U.S.C. § 230(c), the operator of the Site may delete material contained on the Site as a result of actions taken by users of the Site that the operator, in its sole discretion, deems to be indecent, obscene, offensive, or inconsistent with the Site's policies and terms of use.

Exception: content produced by the site administrator

To the extent that images or videos appear on this Site for which the Webmaster may be considered a "producer," those images and videos are exempt from the requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for one or more of the following reasons:

1) The images or videos produced do not depict sexually explicit conduct as defined in 18 U. S.C. § 2256(2)(A)

2) the images or videos produced do not depict any depiction of genitalia or public place created after July 27, 2006 3) the images or videos produced do not depict simulations of sexually explicit conduct that occurred after the effective date of 18 U.S.C. § 2257A; or

4) the images or videos produced were created before July 3, 1995.
